A kimenet az érzékelt színtől függően változik 3,7V és 0,7V között.
A modul kiválóan alkalmas fekete - fehér, fekete - piros, fekete - zöld színek megkülönböztetésére. Minél nagyobb kontraszt, annál jobb a felbontás és annál pontosabb a kimenet.
A potméterrel az érzékelés távolsága állítható be. Óramutató járásával ellentétes irányba tekerve nő a távolság.
Instructions for installation and use of single gray level patrol module:
This module default shipment does not contain fixed screw, need to be self-contained! When used in high building blocks similar to Le modules, it can be directly positioned in pairs (without screw).
Product uses:
Gray level line-finding sensor is mainly used for line-finding car. The product has high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability, and the general lighting has little effect on it. Using a gray-scale sensor with strong anti-interference, the light source uses a high-brightness white focused LED, and the receiving tube compares the intensity of different reflected light. As long as the intensity of white light is different, the bigger the difference is, the better the resolution is. The anti-jamming ability of infrared sensor is much stronger than that of ordinary infrared sensor.
It can recognize the common green and white, black and white in the smart car line-finding competition, and the effect is very good. The difference of other color gray values can also be recognized on certain values.
Detection distance (from the bottom of the tube to the ground): 8-35 mm, recommended 10-20 mm.
LED status indicator, the tube illuminates to a higher gray value, the output level changes from high to low, corresponding to LED bright.
The output mode is digital output, i. e. 1 or 0 output. It is necessary to adjust the reference voltage according to the site, light and other conditions. The voltage comparator has two voltage inputs, one is the voltage of the receiver and the other is the reference voltage input by the potentiometer. It is necessary to adjust the reference voltage according to the voltage value of the receiver in two colors. Generally, the potentiometer voltage is adjusted to the middle value of the two kinds of voltage, or other self-determination.
Size:16mm×41mm
Detection range:8-35mm
Recommended detection distance:10-20mm
Product use:
Gray tracing sensor is a sensor mainly used for tracking cars. This product has high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability, and ordinary lighting lamps basically have no influence on it. Using a pair of gray sensors with strong anti-interference, the light source adopts bright spotlight LED, and receiving tube compares the intensity of different reflected light. As long as the reflection intensity of light is different, it can be identified. The larger the color difference, the better the resolution; it has much stronger anti-interference ability than ordinary infrared sensors.
It can identify the common greenish white, red white, black and white tracks in smart car tracking competitions. The effect is very good. It is also easy to identify other color gray values that differ in a certain value.
Detection distance (distance from the ground at the bottom of the probe):10-50mm (blind area within 10mm), 15-25mm is recommended.
The LED status indicates that the tube shines to a higher gray value, and the output level changes from high to low, corresponding to the LED signal light on.
This output mode is digital output, that is, 1 or 0 output. The sensitivity needs to be adjusted according to the actual track color. Generally, the sensitivity is raised in the color area with higher gray value. The potentiometer reduces the detection distance clockwise and increases the detection distance counterclockwise.
What is gray value: the closer the object is to white, the higher the gray value is, and the black value is close to zero, so the sensor cannot be raised in the black (or darker) area with low gray value, otherwise, the sensor sensitivity cannot be distinguished.
